Contact info (optional): name and email if you create a profile or use live chat.
Location (optional): your chosen address/ward or approximate device location to send nearby alerts. We do not track your movement.
Device data: an anonymous push-notification token so we can deliver alerts to your phone.
Diagnostics: basic analytics and crash logs to improve performance.
How we use it
To send notifications, provide support, and improve the app.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share only with service providers that process data on our behalf (e.g., Apple/Google push services, analytics) under confidentiality agreements and applicable law.
Your choices
You can turn off notifications or location access at any time in your device settings.
You may request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing us.
Retention & security
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above and apply reasonable security measures to protect it.

The app is not directed to children under 13.
